Information

I'm Shana Marie, a multidisciplinary creative, art director and consultant with a focus on purposeful storytelling and human-centred design. My work sits at the intersection of culture, creativity and communication, shaped by a genuine curiosity about people and how we connect.

Like most 90s babies, I grew up online. From overly coded Myspace layouts to a full-blown Club Penguin phase, I’ve always had a thing for the internet. That early obsession evolved into a deeper interest in content, digital culture and how stories unfold across platforms. What started as an outlet has grown into a craft that now informs how I approach creative strategy, campaigns and visual storytelling.

I'm constantly inspired by the world around me, art galleries, exhibitions, panels, activations just to name a few, and often find myself documenting these experiences as a way to reflect and stay creatively charged.

I’ve worked across both freelance and full-time roles, and now currently live at Born Social as a Midweight Creative. My role is all about helping brands move with culture and stand out while doing it.

In 2023, I launched ShanaVersity — a digital library of reports and reflections told through a Gen Z lens. It’s a space built for curiosity, creativity and asking better questions about the world we’re creating in.
